Ultimate yogi with Travis Eliot, first week down out of 15 and loving it. I had constant pain in my lower back for the past couple of months and doing my HIIT routines was not helping, but not anymore. Yoga is great for letting the body heal.

When you just added someone you are not allowed to like or comment on their feed posts, there will be a message that says "likes are unavailable at this time" it something like that. It goes away after a day of adding your new friends.. I dont know what's the uselfulness of that though.

T25 is right up your alley then. Dedicated modifier, main workout is 25 minutes with 3 minutes cooldown at the end. Shaun T is a good trainer, he's waaaay lighter in tone in this one compared to his bootcamp demeanor in Insanity.
