My name is Kristy and I am a newcomer to this awesome app! My goal is to lose 20 pounds so I can feel comfortable in my own skin. Today was day one of my fitness journey. I did my morning workout and already logged my breakfast. I feel great! I hope I can stick with this so I can be fit and healthy. Motivation from the community is greatly appreciated! Rock on guys
