Thanks to folks on their stories and comments, very inspiring. So far September has been AF. Fighting a cold or allergy. Perhaps body protesting a bit. Have a ton of sick leave built up at work, so going to use it.

Happy March! Finished February with a 14-day AF streak my longest in several years. Sleep is still poor but I am seeing slight improvement. Hello to April. March was mixed. Didn't meet my goals. Did get 6 AF days which was better than February. Three days drank excessive amounts.
