Well I have two goals, one "mini" goal is my son's wedding in May. I'd like to lose 15 by then and then by January 13th next year I'd like to be down a total of 30 by my 50th birthday.

I’m not a huge fan of freestyle. I don’t think it’s right you can eat those carbs like bean and corn and count them as 0.

I’d like to lose 30lbs, I’m short so any weight shows up on me. 30 may not sound like a lot but for me it’s huge. Would love some friends to help keep me on track and motivated.

I started a month ago, I've lost about 5lbs so far. I was on WW years ago and lost 25lbs so I know it works as long as I do. Add me , I need all the support I can get. The friends I have on my list aren't very supportive at all.

I'm back too. It's a very tough thing for sure. I need to change the way I eat as well as incorporate more movement into my life. I don't want to let things get out of control.
