I have the same thing everyday. Boring, but when it comes to getting lean, routine isn't a bad thing.
1/2c extra thick oats, 1 heaping scoop of vanilla HydroWhey, 1 cup of tropical frozen fruit, and instead of water, about 1c of black coffee. Gives me everything I need in one glass.0 -
Siggi's yogurt, today was mixed berrie (110 calories), sometimes it's raspberrie 100 calorie, and a cup of blueberries, mixed together. Under 200 calories and a good deal of protein. When it gets hot I freeze it and it's like having frozen yogurt.0

2 cups of spinach topped with last night's leftover vinegar salt roasted yukons and chopped pork loin and a house made latte0

Chobani's Nutty for Nanna and I slice a banana and mix it in.0

2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt with 5 oz raspberries, black tea

I usually pack some Greek yogurt with berries, sliced almonds, and chia seeds, but today was a treat - my favorite drink from a local coffee place (Turkish latte). So I had some multigrain crackers and a piece of string cheese to go with, to keep the calories in check.0
-
Instant oatmeal with cranberries and banana, and a teaspoon of peanut butter mixed in.0

Is the smoked salmon from a can or where do you get it? Do you have to cook it first?
@joobey -- The smoked salmon that I buy is in the fresh seafood section at the grocery store. It's usually in a flat package and will be thinly sliced already. Look for Smoked Salmon or Lox on the package. It's ready to eat straight from the package so you don't need to cook it.
Great! Thanks so much! Will be perfect for my vegetarian son!0 -
