For those of you eating breakfast at your desk this morning, what are you having?

Curious to see what others take to work for breakfast. I personally go for fruit and a low fat cereal bar (the Naked ones when they're on offer!). What does everyone else have?

I always eat breakfast at my desk as I tend to use any free time I have in the morning to work out. I'm also not a fan of eating first thing in the morning. I'm a creature of habit and alternate between these two breakfasts:

-Plain instant oatmeal mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, topped with banana and a tbsp of PB (and sometimes a small handful of berries)
-Plain 2% greek yogurt topped with granola or muesli and berries

I work at home now so I usually make baked oatmeal, but when I was at an office I did instant oatmeal with PB & banana or any other fresh fruit, or a low-sugar muesli and almond milk with chopped apple. Sometimes wholemeal toast with PB and cinnamon. Yogurt and fruit. Boiled egg slice on toast with salt and pepper. Every now and again a bottled shake I could grab and drink on the walk to work. Easy quick stuff.

A flaky biscuit and gravy with scrambled egg and sliced deli turkey. The gravy is the one that comes in packets at the store that you mix with water, so it's a lower caloric version of the gravy from say, a fast food restaurant.

Oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar, oh yeah and a Apple Fritter, which I have on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's when I lift extra heavy. People look at me weird but it's delicious.

This morning I have a container of 4% cottage cheese and a 1/2 oz. of pork rinds. It might sound like a strange combo, but I like saltiness and it fills me up.

Is the smoked salmon from a can or where do you get it? Do you have to cook it first?

I cook one serving of oatmeal with 1.5 servings of eggwhites, 1/4 cup of milk and a cup of blueberries. Lots of volume for little calories. Oh and a tablespoon of maple syrup for added sweetness.

I eat at my desk every work day. To make life easy I make oat bars which are my "work day" breakfasts.

COFFEE! Chobani coconut greek yogurt with a hazelnut granola and mini chocolate chips. A little change up from my usual plain greek yogurt with frozen berries (prep the night before so the berries have time to thaw out) and granola. Occasionally one of the Quaker Oats medley cups (I know they're higher sugar but it's about the only way I can stomach oatmeal).

We have a toaster at work so recently it's either boiled egg or banana on wholemeal toast and a small pot of flavoured greek yoghurt.

@joobey -- The smoked salmon that I buy is in the fresh seafood section at the grocery store. It's usually in a flat package and will be thinly sliced already. Look for Smoked Salmon or Lox on the package. It's ready to eat straight from the package so you don't need to cook it.
