The good news is you don't need to exercise to lose weight. Just eat at a caloric deficit to your TDEE and you're good to go!

It's strange because I've had a similar problem. The machine said I'd burnt 220 cals whilst my Fitbit blaze stated 330 if I remember correctly. More inclined to go for the lower amount however the Fitbit has all my details and measurements . Weird.

Love my blaze, however no built in gps so you have to carry your phone around with you, as it syncs with that. If that isn't a big deal then by all means it's brilliant.

I just try to guess as best I can I tend to overestimate just to be on the safe side however it purely is a guessing game. Don't over think it and don't let it get in the way of you having a good time just go back to normal the next day

Congrats on the weight loss but as others have said its not because you have cut meat out your diet it's because you're eating less calories generally.

Jack3d was amazing! Sadly they had to change the ingredients and wasn't as good but wow that stuff was strong. Now I wouldn't bother, cup of coffee or a couple of pro plus maybe?

Just don't have any binge foods in the cupboards, don't buy that stuff anymore then it won't be readily available to you. Find distractions be it, a hobby, start a craft, relaxation, gym anything to take your mind to f the urges.

No worries l! In terms of your sweet tooth try drinking diet sodas instead of full fat. And/or replace chocolate bars with fruit. But it's important to stress you can have chocolate or any junk food if it fits into your calories for the day.

I'm on a night shift right now! Start 20:00 - 0745 (I work in a mental health hospital) I personally go from midnight to midnight in terms of logging food. However for exercise and gym I would personally go before a shift as I feel fresher and able to give more effort. Sounds to me you have a physically demanding job…
