Pre-Work Outs

Hello! I'm curious on a few things here. I'm not new to this fitness pal as I've been using it for months. I started this process back in Jan and since then I've lost twenty pounds. I'm not sure about my rate of progress, but I know I'm not perfect with my dietary selections. You can't just break thirty years of bad eating habits, but they have been greatly curved to a more healthy life style with lots of exercise. I've still got a long way to go with that being said.
I recently started a new pre-work out from Cellucor called Super HD. Has any one used this? I was on Cardi-cuts 2.0, but when I went to refil on this they were not in stock. Thoughts? My gym work outs include an hour on the treadmill doing 3.5 on an incline set to 4 followed by a full body 30 minute circuit that makes me sweat more than the treadmill does. I also take a day each week to do a 8 mile walk/hike down the river by my home.

My thoughts are you don't require a pre-workout.0

Cellucor Super HD is more of a fat burning thermo rather than a preworkout.0

Jack3d was amazing! Sadly they had to change the ingredients and wasn't as good but wow that stuff was strong. Now I wouldn't bother, cup of coffee or a couple of pro plus maybe?0

Super HD is an appitite suppressant and thermogenic, it has relatively low caffeine compared to other products so as a pre workout its quite poor.0

You don't need one. Stay away from any of that stuff. I like the coffee idea plus a great attitude and you will do just fine. Plus, you will get stronger in time and it will all be easier and you will have all of the energy you need and then some.0

That's not a pre-workout. I can't imagine taking a pre-workout for cardio either. I take one when I'm falling asleep on the hour train ride back to the gym after a 9 hour work day and I want to load 200 lbs on the bar. Coffee doesn't really do the trick for me in that case.0

I'll remember this! Thanks.0

My husband and I use Taze-3. Take it only when I have a big workout or heavy strength training workout. Never fails to give me diarrhea EVERY time I take it (sorry). Many peoples' digestive systems can't handle frequent doses of a pre-workout.0
