I need advice, words of encouragement, at the end of the day I am to tired to work out. Let alone have time.

The good news is you don't need to exercise to lose weight. Just eat at a caloric deficit to your TDEE and you're good to go!0

Planning helps. Map out your week with some new recipes to try and get the kids involved. Have some easy stand by options that are healthy and low cal that everyone enjoys. Big fruit bowl and lots of salad snacks in the fridge that you are your kids can eat, carrots, cucumber, home made salsa, celery etc for snacking on. Go out with the kids for a walk, bike ride, kick a football about etc.1
