  • Awesome. Thanks so much everyone.
  • Mine thought I was swimming after a wedding where I danced A LOT. Now I'm mortified that I do way too many arm movements when I'm dancing. Or drinking and dancing
  • Hashimotos here, also on levo. I haven't noticed any affect on my weight, either before treatment or now that I've been on the meds for a decade and am actively trying to lose weight. Get tested regularly to make sure your levels are in the right place
  • Do it, do it, do it, do it
  • I'm writing a novel in my head
  • Tournaments are great time to get a walk in, keep in watching distance while he's playing and go did longer walks in between. It's slthe only i miss about tournaments

  • A complete left turn, but worth trying - I do a podcast called Sleep with Me, where a guy just tells a long and winding story and slowly puts you to sleep. Its sounds ridiculous and the first few times I thought it was horrible, but it's my go to now. If I'm particularly anxious I'll listen to one of many binaural sleep…
  • I've recently started taking doing electrolyte drinks after running to help me feel less spent in the afternoon when I run in the morning. I messed up once and took it before I went for a run and my sweat was much less than normal, it weirded me out (I'm a big sweater). Not sure if it matters if you do it before, during,…
  • This for sure, but also how we talk to ourselves. My daughter has never heard me say anything bad about my body, even when I was for sure hating how I looked. I remember thinking my own mother was so beautiful, but all I ever heard was her complaining about her body. And then I pretty much got that same body and was…
  • Not gonna lie, they are pretty sexy. Except for a high school dance where my boyfriend had his hand on my leg while we drove there. Got out of the car and my stockings were shredded
  • I'm sure this is not what you're supposed to get out of it, but I listened to it and I left with the fact that I am just exercising and that's fine. I have goals, mileage I'd like to hit and maybe at some point I will be actually training, but just exercising is fine for me right now. My father was a marathon runner who…
  • There's also a lot of reviews on youtubes with people showing exactly how the screen looks while running. That may be helpful for you as well. I actually love the look of my Garmin Vivoactive 3. I don't mind wearing it everyday. And its put up with a lot with no scratching. I shouldn't have said that, it'll probably crack…
  • See, I do not like having my phone on me when I run, so I love mine. Do you have any tracker at all now. Because if you're just looking to upgrade, I think its great. I can't help it, I live for green check marks telling me I'm doing something. So, these little notifications on my wrist really help keep me going. It just…
  • The consensus seems to be interval training, which I keep meaning to try to improve my VO2max as well. I never seem to get around to it though. Let me know if you have any luck. https://www.runnersworld.com/training/a20792551/how-to-improve-your-vo2-maz-com/
  • I just hit 44.4 pounds lost in just over 6 months. Good luck to you
  • I've luckily always been a fan of veggies, but I didn't discover cauliflower or brussel sprouts until my 30s and I am totally hooked now.
  • Heart rate was calculated on my Garmin. I know at one point I looked and it was 179 which is the highest I've ever seen it. My max according the calculation is 181 I really was just curious as to how long one should be in that zone. I can't say I was even concerned. I was totally exhausted, but that's what I would expect…
  • I do think the heat had a lot do with this one. Turf fields are horrible, they make everything hotter. After two hours, there wasn't much having fun or enjoyment, hah. But I appreciate the sentiment. It's still my favorite way to exercise.

  • That's what I was getting at. Putting them on and taking them off was a workout in itself. Entertaining is a good word for it!
  • Not sure what you mean by larger bust, I'm a D. I really like the C9 ones at Target. The high impact one I use for running are great, no movement at all. They hook like a normal bra in the back and took a while for me to be flexible enough to actually hook them in the back, very tight.

  • I can add you as a friend, but we also have to do a challenge to get the badge. Is your name here the same?
  • Can I ask why Accutane is still ruining your life? My hair thinned dramatically when I took it and hasn't ever grown back. To be fair, I had very thick hair to begin with and still have what's considered thick, but I know that my ponytail holders started going one more loop around. I developed arthritis at 19 that was a…

  • One thing I forgot because we don't have team sports in the summer. But I love to use my daughter's activity time as a workout time. When she was younger and for some reason parents stayed at the field to watch sports practice, I would walk around the fields. Once she got older and parents stopped staying she would give me…
  • This has really helped me with Delayed Offset Muscle Soreness https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp94xQSqOrM
  • You can also try mixing up your routine. Not sure what you over did the first time around, but it it worked one particular area/muscle group, you could be working on the non affected areas while you rest the overworked one.
