Hashimotos here, also on levo. I haven't noticed any affect on my weight, either before treatment or now that I've been on the meds for a decade and am actively trying to lose weight. Get tested regularly to make sure your levels are in the right place

Heart rate was calculated on my Garmin. I know at one point I looked and it was 179 which is the highest I've ever seen it. I do think the heat had a lot do with this one. Turf fields are horrible, they make everything hotter. After two hours, there wasn't much having fun or enjoyment, hah. But I appreciate the sentiment. It's still my favorite way to exercise.

Not sure what you mean by larger bust, I'm a D. I really like the C9 ones at Target. The high impact one I use for running are great, no movement at all. They hook like a normal bra in the back and took a while for me to be flexible enough to actually hook them in the back, very tight.

You can also try mixing up your routine. Not sure what you over did the first time around, but it it worked one particular area/muscle group, you could be working on the non affected areas while you rest the overworked one.
