75 (4.2) Bodypump last night.

It's a bit higher than I like but it's fine. I figure it's due to stress. We took in a homeless kid that my son knows from school. His mom kicked him out. So things are kind of up in the air right now.

If I'm low before exercise, I've taken a couple of glucotabs and that's only 30 cals for two and it brings me up from the 60's to the mid 70's. Then 1/2 of a 12oz gatorade for 40 cals (or less) can keep me going all the way through for an hour of body pump. My BG won't drop below 80.

I really don't understand why people buy into the Dr. Oz woo.

I don't know about chronic pancreatitis. I'm sorry. I've dealt with chronic systemic inflammation before though that has shot my BG through the roof and nothing could bring it down to normal until the inflammation was dealt with. That was through plaquenil. It took being on it for almost four weeks but then my BG…

It's fine. I had ramen for breakfast and 1/3 of a gatorade that I had left over from bodypump last night. We go grocery shopping on Mondays and my BG dropped to 53 (2.94) half-way through. The only heads-up I got was that my lips were numb. But a couple of glucotabs cleared it up until we got home. :)

I too have hypermobile joints. I have found barre class very helpful. Maybe you can find some youtube videos? But to lose weight you really only need to have a calorie deficit in my experience. I've found that increasing strength around my joints has helped my joints, but decreasing my calories has caused the weight loss.

I take mine at 8am and 9pm. I take 500mg twice a day but I was up to 1000mg twice a day plus lantus and 10 mg glipizide twice per day. Now I only have to take 5mg glipizide once per day. I think you can call your pharmacist to ask if you can't get in touch with your doctor or np.

I've been T2 since 2009. My BG #'s have been all over the place. I was actually normal BMI at dx. I gained on metformin after an initial loss of 30 lbs. I did all the low carb things, completely over-hauled my diet, did the walking, all that. Didn't amount to a hill of beans. So I did what I would normally do, screw it. I…

@shinycrazy is pro worth it? If you have it? I'm considering it but I'm unsure. I'd hate to waste the money, ya know. So far, I really like it. Thanks for the info.

This looks great! Thanks!

I have hypoglycemic unawareness so I usually don't notice anything until mine dips into the 40-50 range. At that point my mouth or lips feel numb if I even notice. If it dips below 40 then things get weird. People sound like the adults from Peanuts, I can't think, I get really loopy. A lot of people have told me that I…

Baleaf yoga pants are comfy and inexpensive. I love mine. I have to order one size down. They are about $13-14 US on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Baleaf-Womens-Yoga-Capri-Legging/dp/B00ZQUBKJE/ref=pd_sim_200_4?ie=UTF8&dpID=31dcidu3MUL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR123%2C160_&refRID=1X3Y0GM3QK4JJTRKT809

I'm on a supplement. My levels were tested back in OCT 2015 and it was a 7. It was supposed to be between 30-50. Mine is for bone health though, don't know about the diabetes part but my HBA1c has dropped considerably since my vit D level improved.
