I just recently bought a FitBit and I am in love with it! I got the Charge HR and I just can't get enough. Combined with the FitBit app and MFP app it's a complete dream!

Honestly, sometimes the counting of calories makes me go crazy... I also obsess over it. I keep a written copy and one on MFP just for my own peace of mind :smiley:

I'll have to give it a try in the morning; waking up is a total challenge in itself haha. some days it's not so much the physical tiredness that's an issue but the emotional and psychological (I work social work)

It depends on the day... When I've exercised and have an excessive amount of "gained" calories that I can consume I won't eat them, I'll usually stick to my standard daily intake but I always wonder if that's enough with everything that I've burned.

I think it's more of a mental thing... I start out with good intentions but get side tracked along the way and just don't have the patience to go to the gym and have my mind racing. I think giving it a go for 5 minutes and going from there would be a good idea... I work out at a gym so I have to drag myself there to start…
