I had RNY 14 years ago. I'm not sure about VSG, but RNY still is working for me all these years (and one extra kid) later. I still have to watch my food and take my time and chew thoroughly or I regret it. I don't always track my food, but from time to time I do as a reminder/reset. Zero regrets.

I've lost 25 pounds in five years. I think that averages to something like .09 pounds per week. I'd love to lose a half pound a week! That being said, I realized that I'm only 10 pounds from a "not overweight" weight, and I really would like to lose those ten this year.

Hello! I want to join. 48 yo and weight has been increasing since about end of January. It coincides suspiciously with end of Dryuary. Hmmm. Exercise been non-existent over the winter too.
