I believe that it helps for sure. Working out increases both men's and woman's testosterone level and confidence. I think that there is both a physical and physiological benefit.

Do some circuit training. For me it was easier to get a workout in before a night shift rather than after. You have some decent equipment. I'd just google full body circuit workouts and make you up a few routines.

I've been in the same position. One thing I've done is got an active dog...looks like you've done that too! Honestly counting calories has helped a lot. If I do grab something quick it's not nearly as bad as before I was counting. I work long days at time too and I get the struggle/temptation. Good luck!

Essentially it just says to ask your doctor for your estimated calorie requirements and adjust that number in the Goals Setting.

Are you taking a thyroid hormone? Have you seen your primary care doc about it?

How about hiring a cleaning service for a month....then you can use that extra time to do something active that you normally wouldn't do (hike/ride a new trail, rock climb, etc.) Or just use it for a chance to get out a do something you enjoy.

Hey good luck with meeting your goal...counting calories was the game changer for me. I just got back on here after a year of not counting calories...time to get focused again!
