I am back! Starting over with a clean slate today as if today was my first day. Not happy with my weight today, but then again, I have no one to blame but me. So glad your kids had a successful weekend at the rodeo!! It's always tough when you drive down the Rodeo road and come home with a NT! (For the parents and the kids!) Tried something new today... T25-325 calories in 27 min Not sure what I think yet. This is much different that P90x3 but I am going to commit to it for at least two weeks to see what I think.

Well, I weighed in at 216 this week. I guess diet alone isn't going to make things happen for me on the scale. Feeling strong enough to get back to my P90X this week! Looking forward to a GREAT week!

Hi gang! Back from my little tumble and released back to exercise again! Yay! 216... It's AMAZING how fast a person can gain weight. I am up 5# since Mid March. Just keep swimming....

Released back to exercise today after I took a tumble a couple weeks ago. Depressed and losing weight are not good combinations for me. I wish I was one of those gals who exercised and didn't eat when depressed. Unfortunately that's not me which is why I am obese. I am ready to get back at it and lose the 5# I have gained

Nice 30 min walk OUTSIDE! 70 degrees outside today! Had all the dogs with me and saw a few fish in the pond and SO many birds chirping! Ahhh so good for the soul! Plus I burned 369 calories!! Whoo Hooo!

3/6: cleaned our barn and worked horses for 3 hr, squats 10 min 3/7: P90X3: 30 min, laundry folding 1 hr, dusting/vacuuming 1 hr, squats 10 min Getting ready for VACA!! Who else cannot stand coming home to a dirty house after vaca? I am in full nesting mode right now! A few more days and I will be soaking up some SUN! ✈️☀️
