Some fruits have high cal tho, I like all sorts of wrap, it always stay around 280-300 per one wrap for me :)

I open mine I don't think who will spend time looking at mine anyway. I think people usually go through others diary when they run out of idea what to eat (low calories) but I had never came across someone PM me or comment on what I eat in a negative way.

I used to try to limit carb as I thought I will lose weight better that way. But ever since I eat carb like crazy again but fit in my cal goal I found that I still lose weight anyway :)

I used to do 1200 with no exercise I lose some weight.. But when I eat 1500 and exercise 300 I lost quicker and feel better.

I walk 6000-8000 steps everyday according to Fitbit. There was a week I didn't do any other exercise but only three walks, I still lose some kgs as long as I eat under my calorie goal.

I always get 25g bags and bought 85g bags by accident. I assumed that 85g is for corn seeds weight but when u actually cooked them in microwave I don't know if 25 grams of cooked pop corn is the same calories with 25g grams of raw corn seeds in the bag... Am I thinking too much? LOL

Zira It's all depends on how much meat you put in, you can put veggies in as much as you like but fish sauce and lime juice we be roughly the same proportions :) start from 1tbsp each and see how you like it. If you make it often you will start to know how much you like for each ingredient. Hope this help.

I just ordered bra clip to wear with my flex and got delivered today. I try but it's not reading so I wondered if I clip it wrong way. :( I will let you know if I find the way. I usually push stroller so my flex is not reading when on my wrist.

For me I try to eat low cal for meals so I can snack more.. You have to sacrifice something otherwise you won't reach your goal :) I always brush my teeth earlier so I don't feel like late night snack. It works for me!

I also suggest reading those sticky as well. I started off without reading (well I don't like reading!) but after 7 days of logging food I start reading as I want to know more and more and I wish I could read since day1 they are very helpful info.

I don't think it matters but if to me if I eat last meal at 8pm I sometimes find myself lose weight but if I eat at 11pm most of the time I wake up and scale won't move. But then I stop weighing everyday now. Just do once a week will actually see result. Just my opinion :)

Only the way to eat below 1200 and feel full is to eat a LOT OF VEGGIES I speak from my own experience. I increase mine to 1430 and add on protein I still lose weight (I even thought it's better this way- for me) I honestly think you made good progress.. You will probably do for a while and then will be craving for carb badly (I have done before). My advice is to learn to balance CICO. :)

I weigh everything raw but easier for me because I stir fried most time so just cut everything up and weigh everything in gram before throw in pan. And weigh oil in tsp.

I was the same with you before but for me I feel like I commit to this MFP so I will change my habit and I have to make this work for myself! If you really wanna do this you just have to be strong, find something else to do, if night time just off to bed ;)

Yes I am!! I walk (stroller) everyday! 30mins as a minimum but I usually go for 70-90mins! I start to enjoy it very much now ever since I join MFP ;)

I had natural birth and no complication so I start after 6weeks. It's not a strict diet but pretty much watch what I eat. Make sure I have lots of fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. I had carbs here and there but not the main thing of my meals.

If you use to eat 2000 and all of the sudden do 1200 you will be starving. The only way to eat 1200 and feel full is to eat lots of veggies but in a week time you will start to get bored! (I have already done that!) you can do 1400-1500 with exercise ;) it won't be too hard I think. Just my opinion.

Hi! I was like this before as well :) I start low carb and I dropped a lot! But when I start counting cal, log my diary I realise some fruit and veggies are also high in carb so realistically I didn't do low carb at all but just eat more healthier. I have my diary open. I am 166cms tall too. I was 65kgs before pregnant, Then 85 then now back to around 70kgs after 12 weeks. I BF too and 1430 work for me with exercise 4-5 times a week (mainly walk my pram) I am not starving, produce enough milk. My baby gain good weight. I try not to weigh everyday but I did twice a day lol I'm so addicted to the scale I used to be really annoyed when it went up but when the measurement went down and I'm more fit, I think that's matter for me.

I gained 20kgs and lost 15kgs so far in 12weeks. Any diet is not necessary, you still need to eat for your breastfeed but just make sure you eat plenty of healthy food and not starve yourself. It's ok to have a bad day and not careful what you eat but can't use it as an excuse everyday... You just have to remind yourself that you are what you eat, don't let someone/emotional get into you, make you eat and put on weight YOURSELF. sorry about my Asian English but I hope I help out :) good luck and stay on track!
