I'm on the 4:3 diet where I eat maintenance one day and fast the next (500 cal) I figure even if I'm off someday a from my non fast days my deficit for the week is still pretty big.. Idk before I started this diet 2 weeks ago I was eating 1400 a day and I lost 8 lbs within the month.. Guess I should go back to that

I log the things I know.. If I'm eating out I kinda guess the calories. I usually over estimate my calories.I figure even if I'm off on my non fast days I'm still at a big enough deficit to lose at least a pound a week.

If I eat way too many calories one day I'll only eat about 500 calories the next day
