Not losing weight
I started my diet a week ago. I’m under 1500 cals and intermittent fasting (16-20 hours) I haven’t lost any weight. Usually when I start dieting, I lose an initial 5lbs the first week. The only difference is I’m on medication(accutane) this time. I don’t know if that’s the cause or not. Advice?

Water intake
Does water really help with weight loss... I honestly don't really like drinking water but have started drinking some since I've cut down on sugary drinks. I prob have 24oz of water a day and that's all I drink...is that terrible? Honestly there has been days when I don't drink anything because I'm not thirsty.

Bad eating two days and scale is up
I didn't eat so well Wednesday or Thursday. I'd say Wednesday I prob at at maintenance and Thursday about 2400 ( 500 over maintenance) scale is up 1.5 lbs... do I need to skip a day of eating?
