I'm doing ok but the weight loss has slowed down. I'm hoping to lose at least 5lbs by the end of the month.

I've lost 20 lbs in January and I'm over the moon! I do have a lot more to lose though and the weight loss will slow down, but when I'll reach that point, I'll be in the right direction! Been out of action for 2 days because of my cold but I'm planning a walk tonight until I burn 1000 calories. Depends if I start coughing too much though, if not I'll do what's comfortable for me.

I put my UFC training wii game on but realised I didn't have enough space in my living room! So I rearranged the furniture and changed the layout completely. Wife was not too happy when she came back home lol!

I have a pedometer which I use now and then but it's not very accurate. I use my HRM (Polar FT7) for the gym and jogging and I love it. I give myself targets (1000 calories) and stick to it. I cooked a lot this weekend. I made a huge minestrone for freezing (about 20 portions) and didn't use a single drop of oil either. I also made a lot of bean chilli. Week 1 was great for me, lost 8 lbs! Week 2 is a bit slower but that's to be expected. I feel so much better already, I'm enjoying to gym a lot and feel a 100% motivated. I'm happy!!! :-)
