Does this actually work? Can you eat solid food as well or can you only have juice? I suffer with terrible constipation and have done for many years. I've tried various different things but nothing seems to work not even prescribed meds.

I'm after some as well, I've recently had courgetti with bolognaise and I loved it. Any other recipes will be appreciated.

I used to drink a lot but I've cut down to once a fortnight, I class it as part of my treat day. Apparently vodka & diet soda is lower in calories than wine, beer etc.

I plan my menu for the week on a Sunday, I find it helps me. There are day's that I do either swap the meals round or change them completely.

Oat Cakes, Rice Cakes etc are always good. Snack a Jacks, Special K Cracker Crisps are my fav at the mo. Popcorn is supposed to be a good one & also nuts.

Green Tea is a good one, apparently it helps break down fat. There are various flavours but I stick to the normal one.

They all sound good. Sleep is an issue with me it always has been. I find my cravings tend to come at night time. I'm trying to not drink alcohol this month to lose weight and give my body a break, I hit it a bit hard over christmas. Any hints & tips on weight loss are most welcome. Thanks for your replies.
