Anywhere from 1.5-2 pounds a week.

I don't really have a net calorie goal I think? If you mean what MFP wants me to get up to it's 1200 but take today for instance I'm going to eat a total of 1091 and I've burned (this is the guesstimate) 520.

I'm trying to lose thirty by january and I've already lost three, so I am kinda skeptical on eating some back. When I eat them back I end up like you just not gaining but not really losing (fast enough I lose a little but it's like .5 pounds a week) either.

I'm doing this 30 day beginner squat challenge and I'm on day 22 so when I finish this I'll move to the intermediate. My workouts go a bit like this: Either 20-45 minutes dancing or 60 minutes jogging/running in place (bc it's WAY too hot to run outside) do my squats, three or four 30 second planks, 10 pushups, 25 sit-ups,…

SW in mid-december/beginning of january: 188 pounds and a size 14 or 16 (maybe sometimes 18) CW: 153 and either about a 8/10 or a 12 depending on if they're high rise or low rise (I have a booty and women pants don't seem to understand that)

Go vegan during weekdays! (should be pretty easy because I stay at home all day during the week). Drink more water! Drink more water (always have cup with me). And weigh in the 140's somewhere by the end of July

I'm 5'4 and 154 pounds and I'd like to be 125 +/- a couple of pounds for maintenance. I believe I can do it since I have already lost 34 pounds.

5"4 and 155! 33 pounds down and 30 to lose  you can do it if you believe!

I went vegetarian in December and was Vegan for January and February and lost 30 pounds before March. I would say it helps because being vegetarian does cut out a lot of possible junk food options (most fast food, hot dogs, fatty steaks and pork sandwiches). Of course it's easy to just eat potatoes and cheese, but it's up…
