Me too! Desk job. I lost 45 lbs on Ideal Protein, gained all but 10 back. There was no support. I'm new here, but really want to try. I'm not sure how to find this group again. Do I need to get the premium? Help a newbie!

I also work an office job so activity is sketchy at best but I've recently upgraded to a standing desk (with a counter height chair) and I stand at least half the day!

I would like to join in this challenge! Lost 70lbs several years ago and it's creeping back on again. Currently focusing on water intake, avoiding sugar/simple carbs, and getting back into jogging. I signed up for a Half marathon in April!

I am defiantly interested in this challenge. Accountability is one thing I lack...I do well for a few months then go back to not working out. Do I join by just posting/following this? Perfect timing. I just logged in after 3 years! Gained 3 lbs, but goal weight is exactly 30 lbs from today's weight.
I'm doing Whole 30, so not counting calories but eating super clean. Super excited, and feelinf extremely positive!
