Let the bananas soften a little as they can actually damage the blades if they're rock hard, and also add a little milk. I add cacao powder to mine to make it chocolatey! Yum!

I try to eat healthy whenever I can but if I get a craving then I have no problem with anything as long as it's under my calorie goals! I even allow myself an ice-cream every day and i've been steadily losing weight :D (They're mini, no sugar added, but still delicious!)

Everyone else is right, drinking water is definitely key. The more you drink, the less likely your body is to retain water as it's getting constant rehydration. Not only does it help with the weight loss, it completely flushes out your system, reduces bloating and helps clear up your skin!

I usually weigh things that i'm more likely to underestimate. Like if I'm craving some chocolate or nuts I make sure I weigh it because otherwise the little devil on my shoulder will tell me that I didn't really have THAT much.. xD If the packet tells me how much each piece/slice is then I don't bother weighing it :)

When I weighed myself just randomly and realized I had almost hit the 100kg mark. That absolutely terrified me I promised myself I would never let myself hit that mark and since then I've lost almost 10kg and still going strong! ^^

I'm less than 3lbs away from breaking 200! I couldn't be more excited! I've lost 16lbs to reach this point and hope to get down to around 130 (my dream goal). I post a lot of motivational stuff so feel free to add me! x

Congrats! I stuck to it last time and lost just under 20lbs. I haven't regained but I also haven't lost since I kind of took the summer off. Now i'm back on track and hope to lose another 70! Keep going, you're doing great! x

I haven't been on here in a while and today is my first day back! Last time I was on here I lost almost 20lbs, I haven't regained much but I still want to lose another 70lbs and I'm determined to do it.
