  • Hi folks - just a little note, I noticed some folks are using #3 challenges as part of their Celtic Choice. Unfortunately, the instructions say you must use a #1 and a #2 challenge. Our food challenge this week is 4 different green fruits/veggies.
  • CHALLENGE #1: “THE SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB” (1332 Combined Steps Up and Down) I completed this challenge because I had to miss the gym due a family member in the hospital, and the stairs in my house were very convenient :) Plus I'd already gotten several stair climbs in from the court house and the gym on Monday.
  • For challenge 2 I completed the fat blasting work out (the 2nd option) For challenge 3 I gave up chocolate for 5 out of 7 days and it was a real challenge this week. But I am quick to fall into the sugar addiction and I need these challenges to keep me in check
  • Second try for challenge #1 post CHALLENGE #1 I CHOSE THE IDITAROD DARE. I used the bike, elliptical, and treadmill to get in the10.49 miles. I chose this one by my allergies are too bad to be exercising outdoors. Sorry my response is not more inspirational, but it's the truth

  • Hi friends! I'm giving up chocolate for these next 5 days. This is always a challenge, but I know it's worth it. I easily fall into the sugar addiction and the challenges help me break that. Also, I'm striving for the 10.49 miles. I got in 4 miles yesterday using the treadmill & bike.
  • Sorry I've been MIA this week - work took over on T/W, but I'm back on track now. I will complete the water, but it'll be Sunday :( I didn't plan well for T/W & when work emergencies arose I didn't have my H2O. Trying to make up for the missed exercise on Tuesday a little at a time.
  • Tonight I tried riced cauliflower from the frozen section. I tried the one with cheese & bacon. I was pleasantly surprised! It was really quite good and I got in 2 servings of veggies for 180 cal. I usually hate vegetables, so this is big win for me! :)

  • I'm half way to my stairs challenge - should finish by Friday night :)
  • Well it's not a victory dance, but I have completed the dance mini challenge
  • Sorry to just now be checking in :/ I've been doing well with my calories - 2 days over, but the rest under so far. I've got my mileage in, and I'll be dancing (where no one else can see me lol) tomorrow :)
