It could be Water weight but it could also be Muscle Mass gain. If you lost Fat but out on Muscle than you could feel like you weigh less and look slimmer but have not lose any actually weight.

My dad adds Salsa to plain pasta. He adds it on top of Baked Potatoes. He even uses it on Hotdogs and burgers!

My Breakfast this morning was 2 waffles with 2 tablespoons of Chunky Peanut Butter and a Pepsi Max. I have to go get a haircut and so does my mom. We need a few items from the store too. I'm taking my mom out for Supper today since it is Mother's Day.

When I first started dieting I was 483+ pounds. I joined MFP at 383+ pounds. So hopefully, with all of your support..... I will get the weight off.

My dietary aid would kill if she knew a diet program actually told you to do that!

Maintaining is okay. I want to try and help you lose the weight that you need to get to goal though so we need to figure out what is going on.

Yes, she literally is. She thought that if she excersized it off that she could eat more but that is not the case at all.

You aren't supposed to eat the Exercised off calories back on! You actually just doubled you're calorie intake by doing that!

You can run risk 'Binge Eatting' when you stop the diet which is why I never recommend this kind of Diet to anyone. If you feel like you aren't getting enough to eat, your body will hold onto any food that you give it as well.

Not really, my grandma was the same way but she had that ' Put a Barrier ' between you and the actually ' Germy Seat ' thing. She used the Paper thing they had in pairs plus a couple Toilet paper strips before she's sit down. So she wasn't on the seat but she was sitting. There are some people who do the backwards thing…

My dinner was a hotdog, some mini wheels and cheese, cheery tomatoes, water, a zebra cake package, and diet peach iced tea.
