Well i didnt reach my goal of 250, but i plan on staying on track thru August and finding another challenge to enter. I believe these challenges help by feeding my competitive spirit! Good luck on your journey everyone and see you in August!!

Having a rough time this week :'( i binged last nite and am having a hard time getting back on track. I know a lot of it is T.O.Ms fault but still doesnt make me feel much better. I will cut back on my weekend cheat meal to even out some weekly calories. I still plan to weigh in dutifully.
