    Fairly sure this is waterweight from the crap-ton of sodium I had last night in my popcorn shrimp lol. Was down to 240 earlier this week. Ill see better numbers next weigh-in.

    Definitely didn't make the best food choices this week and it shows. Thats alright..slow motion is still motion.

    Nice little jump down. My main problem is overeating so I cut that out and less carbs. I've done some walking. Haven't started my yoga yet. Been a crazy week for me.
