Great weigh ins so far.
I have had a really good week of working out. I have done 4 days of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I am nearly finished week 2 of c25k so I am feeling good. The scales only showed a loss of 0.6kg (1.3lbs) but I am down over 2kg (4.6lbs) of body fat so I am really pleased. If you have body fat scales I urge you to measure this as I would have felt a little disheartened if I hadn't been.
I am still struggling with eating. I make healthy dinners but I am snacking a lot. I am not working at the moment and I think that I just have too much time on my hands! I am definitely going to be working on my snacking this week and trying to eat more at meal times so that I don't feel the need to snack.
Please everyone... even if you gained or didn't get the result you wanted - check in, own your result and just vow to be better next week. But you won't do better if you don't hold yourself accountable.

(Thanks 2young4this for the accountability prompt - I wasn't going to put today's hoping that last 0.2 might disappear overnight but I'm glad I did, hey should make next weeks a little easier if it does go...)
Also for snacking, I don't snack so much anymore. I read about being comfortable with hunger - I know that doesn't work for everyone (or for me some of the time!) So some days if it's not too far to lunchtime I'll just be hungry and now it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I buy toddler fruit snacks that are about 48kcal pure fruit in really small pieces that take ages to eat as well!6 -

I did really well since joining this and another group (No Fast Food and no Soda Challenge)! It helps that my work shift since Tuesday has been 11a-730p, so I've been able to walk and do light workout on an empty stomach plus prep all my food for the day in the morning. I have a lot of social plans tomorrow so I expect a small gain on Sunday, but hopefully I'll be right back on track so next Fri is another good drop!

Hope it's not too late to join! I just weighed myself this morning after slacking for a few months and was really upset to see that I've gained everything back This sounds like the perfect challenge for me. I'm going to shoot for 7 pounds though, because I'm moving from Michigan to NM mid-August and I know that will be a super stressful time for me...even 5 pounds would be great.

Don't fret, this could be a result of higher sodium intake yesterday, and holding water weight. Keep moving forward and know you're ultimately headed in the right direction!0 -

Could also be your muscles retaining water from working out, this happened to me for 2 weeks and all of a sudden I dropped 4 lbs. Keep tracking and itll go down! Drink LOTS OF WATER

I actually went up a couple of pounds and right back to about where I was last week. The weekends kill me, will try to get through this weekend without a gain and improve next week and overall loss.6
