Don't get down on yourself. You're still a pound under your starting weight. Just push harder this week. Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water to help flush you. Doing work outs? Maybe try to cut out carbs or something this week. You got this!2 -

I've been working out at least 4x a week and my body feels good! I'm still struggling with some binge habits, anyone have tips for that? lol
Binge habbits are real. And this is coming from one who gets hardcore munchies lmao. Just make sure you're drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. When I get hungry, I chug a bottle of water first before i eat. Then you feel somewhat full already. Eat slower. I know its hard. You just have to get into the mindset and make it a habit. Just remember what you want to achieve. Do you want to never achieve your goal because you are craving something that will only make you feel good for a few minutes? Give yourself little pep talks. Oopsies forgot to post on the Saturday just gone. I did weigh myself though, and I'm not particularly happy so I've made some slight changes to my calorie intake. Will see how the change goes throughout the week. Three more weigh ins to go, hope we all manage to get down to our goal weight and smash it0 -

i am doing low carb high fat and have no cravings...something to think about
