Good for you! marco's are in the beginning not very important. Most important is to stay under your daily calories and you will lose weight. At some point, wou will notice that the eating less calories won't give you the same progress. Than it's handy to start looking at your macro's. Good Job! and hold on!

Yes it is. I don't see it as a diet. You have to maintain a healthy and good eatingschedule for live. It's a way of live. otherwise it won't be helpfull.

Well, you came from far. Respect. If you want, you can achieve anything you want. There is a Dutch saying: " De aanhouder wint" which means somsting like, trie long enough and you'll succeed. Do you have calculate the calories your body needs on an ordinary day?

You don't ha4ve to push yourself that hard. It musn't be an o session. Aiming for a smaller achievement is better. Don't set a time limit. Losing weight in small steps. Eat less calories than your tdee. Take your time and take it easy. Do you have a special happening that you want to lose Weight?

I don't think you can speak of an average. Personally, I registrate my diners in the MFP-app and it depends on the amount how much I have spare for the other meals. For losing weight, it's only important to lower your calories on daily base and not specific on a specific meal. Maybe not exactly the answer you're looking…

I can reccomend to read this site: http://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/. it will give insights of what the amount of calories you should take to gain, lose or maintain your weight. Losing weight is all about eat less calorie than you should. Good luck!
