Hi everyone. My name is Heather and I started this journey to take control of my health about 2 weeks ago. I lost 7 lbs. and have about 63 more to go...lol....well definitely at least 43 more. I could use some "friends" on this journey as motivating one another is always good. I don't know how to "friend" someone yet so feel free to friend me. Thanks!
