I just bought the knockout from VS online in 40DD and it has a crossback, clip enclosue, then a zip up of additional material over the enclosure. I wear that with a built in tank and have really great support compared to the past ones I have had.

Starting weight: 280lbs US Size 20/22's in some brands. Current Weight: 242lbs US Size 18's comfortably 20's loose Goal Weight: 160lbs US Size ? Everyone's body reacts differently, esp. with all the different products out there. I drink mine (Pulse, by Legion) in the morning fasted bc I work out at 5ish and it doesn't effect me in a negative way at all. You should try both ways and see what you feel better with :smile:

I use two pods of mini moos half & half by Land-o-lakes and its pretty delish. I also like unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (not regular). Two pods is only 20 cals, I foam it and it tastes super delicious and creamy.

It's possible too that your metabolism has adjusted to you only taking in such a low amount since you say you have been doing it for years.
