My gym is technically a community center that is owned by the city. Gym. Too many kids and distractions at home. My gym has a nice weight room with lots of goodies, for a really low yearly price, so it’s a no brainer for me.

Yes music is a must for me! I use amazon music cuz my gym has decent WiFi. No playlists, just a lot of saved and favorite stations, artists, and albums on the app. I love it!

I have a huge range...Walmart to lulu. Depends on what the workout is too. My expensive white lulu top is not my first choice for low bar squat day cuz the barbells at my gym are gross. I also lose in a whoosh...I’ll have little fluctuations over time but then a big 2-4 lb loss. It’s frustrating, but I’ve figured out this is how it works for me. Some people may confuse this trend as a plateau, but I’ve been tracking and losing weight for years ( 5 pregnancies in 9 years) so I understand my body.

I have a spin bike and bought in when I lived on the 12th floor of a high rise. Its quiet and easy to move (small wheels on front of bike) but it is pretty big and doesn’t fold so it will take up a good amount of space.

Yes the dry shampoo is a great tip if your hair gets extra sweaty! Also, more deodorant after wipe down :)

Ok so what about body wipes? So instead of the time to shower, before you put your work clothes back on, you use the full body wipes. I had to do that once in a pinch when I didn’t have access to a shower. I worked out and had to get changed right afterward. Not ideal, but could help cool you off and feel better about…
