Current weight: 131.8

100lbs lost over 15 months with heavy weight lifting and calorie counting
Final 22lbs lost over 12 months by cycling PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fasting) and yep, more lifting

Starting pants size: 20/22
Current pants size: 4

Starting body measurements: 48 - 47 - 52
Current body measurements: 38 - 25 - 39
