So happy about my muscle gain! ππͺ

When I started at 278 lbs, I thought I had to be the *exact opposite* of what I was, so I kept pushing myself to lose weight, obsessed with the scale.
Iβm 5β7β π
The photo above is me at 140 lbs VS 165 lbs πͺπ€©π Iβm sooo proud of the muscle Iβve built!! At 140, I had horrible anemia, felt terrible & weak. I hated how I looked & felt. People told me I looked βdisgustingβ & βanorexicβ. XS shirts were big on me.
I feel sooo good where Iβm at (muscular & athletic!!) & love how I look now!! π₯°π Weight gain, weight loss, & maintenance are definitely a journey, not a destination!!
Wishing everyone the very best on your journeys!!! ππβ¨π
