So happy about my muscle gain! 😃💪

When I started at 278 lbs, I thought I had to be the *exact opposite* of what I was, so I kept pushing myself to lose weight, obsessed with the scale.

I’m 5’7” 😃

The photo above is me at 140 lbs VS 165 lbs 💪🤩🌟 I’m sooo proud of the muscle I’ve built!! At 140, I had horrible anemia, felt terrible & weak. I hated how I looked & felt. People told me I looked “disgusting” & “anorexic”. XS shirts were big on me.

I feel sooo good where I’m at (muscular & athletic!!) & love how I look now!! 🥰💕 Weight gain, weight loss, & maintenance are definitely a journey, not a destination!!

Wishing everyone the very best on your journeys!!! 💖🌟✨💕
