  • I've been doing terribly as far as eating gors these last two days but I've been rocking the exercising. Today we went to the zoo. It's a 1 1/2 mile walk each way. Plus i had to drop my other kids off at the theater so in total i ended up walking 8.5 miles! Will work on the diet portion tomorrow.
  • Oh geez, totally forgot the arm challenge but i did manage to go to the gym and walk about 4 miles. 1/2 mile was practically running since i was late picking up mu daughter. Tomorrow is pi day so my im going to be way over : )

  • I went to the gym today for 40 min, we pretty much did arms there so arm challenge dine, accountabilty and greek challenge done as well. I' m giving up on the sugarless one
  • How are we logging walking? I walk about 5 miles a day just getting my kids places since we dont have a car. I thought about doing 15 min per mile but that seems like alot.

  • So i cant do the squat challenge any more. My knees are killing me! I did the arms, had greek yogurt and tried no sugar but found out the roasted almonds i are had sugar in them! Also i walked for about 4 miles, wedged massive amounts of clay, and went to the gym. I thibk i totaled 137 min

  • Hi Im alice. Im 39 sahm of 4. I joined fit body boot camp this jan and am seriously stepping up my exercising. I figure i should also step up my diet. This is my first challenge. Im excited to get started. I just did day 2 of squats. Ouch
