Unfortunately our cheat days have been huge fails. Fast food now makes us sick, after spending the last 6 weeks eating Healthy Home made dishes. Carbonated fruit waters. Zero calories, they have artificial sweeteners in them. It can help break the soda craving, because its sweet and carbonated.

I eat at a 3500 Calorie Deficit each week, and work out for 90-120 minutes 3 times a week. I do 4-7 miles on the bike and then 60 minutes strength training. I'm not on a diet. I only monitor calories and choose the lowest calorie option available. I lose 1 lb a week from diet and 2 a week from exercise. Strength training…

I actually have felt even more bloated this week. The lower calorie diet has slowed my digestive system. But my center of gravity has shifted, my pain level is down. Energy level up. Walking and moving so much easier! In fact I'm increasing work outs to compensate for the increase in energy and decrease in weight!

Guys! Im up 3 pounds! Damn you IHOP, You struck again! The sodium content was through the roof, it must be water weight! Im going to try and weigh daily. Right now im working out for 2 hours every other day, and weighing in before my work out each time.

No traffic, 18 minutes. Moderate traffic 21 minutes. Congested traffic 35-45 minutes! But its the closest real gym to me. The only other thing in our area is the Y and its $84 a month, VS my PF membership , which is $20

I have not done a recent weigh in, but at 23 days in I have lost 16lbs. But I can feel muscle where I never had muscle before. So I am gaining muscle, as well as losing fat.

I do keep lots of snacks in the house, they just are not low enough calorie for me and don't tend to last long. My sons are Bipolar and do not respect anyone's spaces of belongings. Do you know if it is Herniated or Bulging? Most people have at least one bulging disc. And its actually not a impediment to exercising. Its more concerning if its a Herniated disc.
