Yes I'm active some days but not everyday and I calculated my tdee and its about 1450 if I put sedentary so I put a calorie goal of 1,300 on here and I'll excercise too to make the weight loss faster. Thank you for telling me that :)

I have been binge eating a lot and I probably have been eating over 3000 a day so now if I eat about 1200 I still feel hungry, I was thinking of trying 2000 calories a day to start and see how that goes then keep lowering slowly

I do seem to stand a weird way and when I look in the mirror and stand more normal my stomach looks flatter and can almost see abs coming through all though I'm still too fat to have abs, last time the only way I got a flat stomach was by being underweight and losing my boobs, I guess the only answer is some hard excercise…

Well when I got underweight I still felt flabby therefore the only way to get rid of the flabbiness and to tighten your skin would be to strength train?

Do Excerxicses that will make the muscles in your bum bigger while losing weight, so get some cardio in at least 30 minutes a day while eating healthy portion sizes and do some excercises such as squats, lunges, etc. You can search on YouTube for some butt exercises

I'm 4 ft 11 and weigh about 116 pounds I'm 19 old, I'm in the healthy range but I got fat on me , should I lose weight or focus more on toning my body do you think??

Hey I'm 4 ft 11 too and I am 118 pounds I want to build muscle as well as lose fat, my happiest weight was definatley 100 pounds, good luck girl!

You are probably gaining muscle, forget the scales it means nothing just focus on how your clothes fit, maybe buy a size you want to be and try it on every week xx

I love 30 day shred it made my body look so good last time but unfortunately been a bit lazy lately and a bit chubbier , well I keep thinking of doing it again because it's something I can stick to and gives such good results, I think I'll start tomorrow I might do it X2 a day idk yet. Anyone starting tomorrow??x

My boobs were 34 dd now they won't fill out my c bra I don't know how because I haven't lost that much but I haven't been eating much and the weight has seemed to gone off my boobs and bottom

I have no *kitten* or boobs and my hip bones and ribs stick out I always hit my hips on something because they stick out, when I weighed a bit more I had some nice curves

I'm short so that could be why, my height is 4 ft 11 my weight is 95 pounds

I don't go to treatment anymore because my mum told them I am better since I weighed way less but I only went a couple of times anyway and they never gave me help with what to eat and things they use told me to drink a pint of full fat milk everyday, I just want to learn normal eating habits.
