Hiya I am looking for some good effective fat burning and muscle building workouts on you tube, something similar to jillian michaels 30 day shred, something I can do at home in small space, want a bit of variety. Thanks! ! X

    Look up Bodyfit by Amy, I love her kettlebell workouts, but she does all sorts.

    Highly recommend Bob Harper. Try cardio revolution, and any of the other to be fair. Most of them are on Youtube

    Fitness Blender! I quit the gym because I found their workouts more beneficial.

    They have so many videos - bodyweight exercise/dumbbell/weights and cardio.
