Sorry for the late response! High protein chicken, red meat, cheese, milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, etc. Carbs came from fruits veggs etc. My calories were pretty low because I was sick and found out my gullbladder needed removed..... I'm now right around 1200 a day

3 babies 8 ponds 8 ponds 10 pounds 60 to 90 weight gain. Lost 135 pounds in 2 years but no luck on the flat tummy.... I had to get a tummy tuck. Best thing I've ever done fit myself worth every penny.

I actually spend alot on my vitamins because I wasn't feeling any effects and peeing them right out! PM me if you would like the brands. It's a proven fact we need sex to live but there are still sex addiction problems all over the world. Sex addicts have a group called SSA there are also over eaters anonymous.

My fitness pal is a wonderful resource for us all with lots of support but food addiction is very complex and not alot of people understand it or even know they are an addict themselves. I know there are forums for food addiction I would Google that and look for that specifically.

And sometimes it takes a few counselor to find the right fit. It's not one size fits all. They all have different techniques so what you've tried in thr past might not be what works for you.
