I am 5ft 5 and 22 years old. I have gone from 141 pounds to 121 pounds :) I went from a UK size 10-12 to a middle UK size 8. It took me approx 3-4 months to get where I am now however I'd still love to tone up a bit more!

Hi guys, thank you all for your advice! I didn't mean to start a debate though haha. My activity level on MFP is classed as low and my Fitbit estimates my exercise. I also always use a scale for my food. I think for now I will eat majority of my exercise calories then re-evaluate it in a few weeks time.

I eat out pretty often but I have/still lose weight! I probably have take aways and eat out approx 2-3 times a week maybe more? Mostly due to me making informed choices. When I go to McDonalds, I'll have one of their wraps, when I go to a burger restaurant, I'll have the burger without the bun and with a side salad instead…

I'll have a small breakfast (approx 100 calories) at roughly 7:30am. I'll then have another small breakfast or snack (again, approx 100 calories) while I'm at work between 9:30-10:30 ish. Its all kicking off on this thread haha. I have the opposite problem. If I eat anything even slightly unhealthy my co workers will say 'I THOUGHT YOU WAS ON A DIET OMG'. So I know how annoying it is when people your not even close to comment on your food!

I can't see skipping breakfast as a problem! I am always hungry when I wake up though so I do have breakfast myself however I try and make sure it is under approx 300 calories.

9 Pounds in 2 months IS losing like other people have said! Keep up the good work! If you want to lose a bit quicker though, I would suggest exercising (you haven't mentioned that you do any exercising?) Even walking can really help with losing more weight and boosting your metabolism!
