Help, I need to tone up!
I really need some help! I lost a stone last year which I'm really happy with however I now really want to tone up. My main motivation is getting married next year so my mind is in the right place, I just need to know what to do! I preferably want to do it at home. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Daily little treat?
I hope I am not the only one who does this but I have either a little food/drink treat each day (No, not a treat meal or a tube of pringles). When is the best time to exercise?
I like to do my high intensity exercise in the morning but my co worker always works out after work. Is it better to work out in the morning than it is evening? Regarding building your fitness up and/or losing weight or does it really not make much of a difference?
