After 30 day shred?

I am now coming up to finishing my 30 day shred on intensity level 3. My body still isn't the way I want it (too many cheat meals I guess..) so I am wondering wether to keep on doing level 3 till I get there (and of course less cheat meals) or should I alternate? (Do level 1 one day, level 2 the next, level 3 the next and repeat) ?

    I would finish it for sure and do it again afterwards too! I stupidly gave up on day 6 (I suck) and totally wish I hadn't :(

    Honestly I feel so much better after doing it now for 25 days! My fitness is way better and I am starting to see some definition on my stomach :smile: You should so try it again!

    When you are done she has a lot of other good workouts too. When I completed 30ds I did some of her others .
