Help, I need to tone up!

I really need some help! I lost a stone last year which I'm really happy with however I now really want to tone up. My main motivation is getting married next year so my mind is in the right place, I just need to know what to do! I preferably want to do it at home. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Eat in maintenance. Lift heavy stuff.6

You Are Your Own Gym or Convict Conditioning are two bodyweight workout programs that are well recommended.3

if you are interested in bodyweight, you are your own gym or convict conditioning as was mentioned... as well as "power" yoga
you can buy weights cheap at garage sales if you'd like to do weights at home.4 -
Try Lucy Wyndham-Read on YouTube. Great videos to address your issues. Good luck. She's British by the way.1

Squats, lunges, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, presses, planks... all your friends! You can do a lot with body weight alone, but some dumb-bells would be a great addition for things like rows and presses. There are lots and lots of strength routines on Youtube.2

And to accomplish that, it will always be a matter of doing one of the following:
Losing the fat that is covering your muscles.
Building some more muscle.

Lift weights or do body weight exercises like ones mentioned above and eat at maintenance. You look great btw!1

You look amazing already! I toned up significantly through yoga and Pilates, and eating super healthy...lean protein, no red meat, for about six months1
