I eat chia seed pudding which has about 5g of fat 5g of carbs but also 5g of fiber and then I top it with some berries. Wow!!! This is awesome. I can't wait to read more from his website. I see he does IF, I didn't really even know what that was, turns out I sometimes do it! Lol It's always cool to have reputable board certified physicians back things you like! Maybe it will convince more people to get on board.

I agree with sunny_bunny_ faux foods and sugar free products sweetened with artificial sweeteners have been known to cause cravings for sweets and carbs. It doesn't effect everyone that way, but if you are eating those types of foods maybe try backing off them for a while and see if that helps...?

I just made a fathead pizza last night! It was pretty legit, not as amazing as my chewy crust carb loaded pizza :D but it does the trick!
