Hi everyone. Had a rough time getting started today but I got there. Didn't do my normal excercise routine. Just did my thread mill for 30 minutes, bicycling for 15 minutes and walking. I guess it was rough because it is coming up for 6 years of my mother's death next month. Getting a little sad. Hope to do better…

I would love to join. I'm a member of Planet Fitness so I work out everyday. Been retired since last year so I have time to use. 30 mins. Thread mill; 30 mins Elliptical Trainer; 30 mins Stationary bike. Feel so good afterward... :) Once you starts, it hard not to go. It becomes a part of life. Stay motivated.

I'm a Type 2...no insulin just diet and medication. I'm also a member of Planet Fitness. Watching your carbs intake will help a lot. You can do it...just focus.

It depends on what part of the body you want to focus on. Once you decided...then you can ask someone in the gym. Take it slowly and easy. Don't try to go so fast.

I usually get around 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Excercising helps a lot.
