My biggest issue is I'm an insulin dependant diabetic. I joined planet fitness last month so I had to greatly reduce my insulin intake. But I'm am more determined than ever.

Yup, you just have to adjust accordingly.

I'm a Type 2...no insulin just diet and medication. I'm also a member of Planet Fitness. Watching your carbs intake will help a lot. You can do it...just focus.

My mom is the same. She lost over 50lb by counting her carbs.
