I wanted to go up and increase my calories though that why I wanted to change the weight loss goal so should I just up it myself feel like I have been on 1200 to long

I am on 1200 calories and hit a standstill thinking of doing maintenance for a few weeks then dropping back down will this help me sorry to jump on the post

Thank you guys this has helped massively I had my goal set at 2 lb loss so I have now moved this to one pound loss then when I hit target will increase by 100 a day to see how I go pleased I have stuck to this and this site is great thank you all so much
