I Is there a difference between grams and ounces? I do have a scale yes and use it always. Sometimes I get Perdue other times at the butcher. Even when I type in let’s say split chicken breast, there’s so many entries on this site with calories all over the palce

Thank you for all your knowledge! I’ve been losing steady. About 1-1.5lbs a week and am very happy. For the first time it’s not a diet, it is a life style change and I feel with my work and all the advice I’ll see my results I really want come the next 6 months

I goto LA fitness. I’m sure it’s not accurate but they said I was 25% body fat So I’ve been in my deficit for about 3 months. What else would I lose besides fat and maybe some muscle?

I’m not restricting myself from my calories and I know carbs equal 4 calories per gram as protein is to and fat is 9. But does your body break down fat faster since there’s less carbs going into the body

I know you have to say under your caloric intake to lose weight. I just didn’t know if you burn weight faster if you gave up or had a very low carb intake

But if you weight it raw, technically speaking you're not eating as much as you logged in. If it starts off at 12 ounces and drops to 8 ounces then I feel you should log 8 ounces shouldn't you?
